ジンジャーエール

I wasn't expecting a ginger ale to taste this refined, but the quince really comes through and makes it feel more like a craft soda than a mixer. It's genuinely refreshing without being syrupy, and the 9g of fiber is a bonus I actually notice.

The tangy lime hits first, then the apple sweetness rounds it out—so crisp and clean that it feels like a fancy mocktail, not a soda. I’m genuinely impressed how the ginger stays mild instead of stealing the show. This is my new go-to when I want something refreshing but not sugary.

The quince note really comes through first, then the lime sharpens it up before the ginger lingers at the very end—such a smart balance. I’ve been sipping it over ice after dinner and it hits the spot every time, plus the 9g of fiber is a nice surprise I didn’t expect from something this crisp.
