I cracked open a can expecting the usual syrupy sweetness, but this is genuinely bright and crisp—the quince and lime hit first, then the ginger warms up at the back. Honestly, it's the most sophisticated soda I've had in ages, and the 6g of fiber is a nice bonus I almost didn't notice.
The ginger is subtle enough that the quince and apple really get to shine, which makes this taste way more expensive than it is. That 6g of fiber per can is a nice surprise too — it actually feels like a grown-up soda I can sip guilt-free.
I wasn't expecting the lime to come through so clearly, but it makes the whole thing taste brighter than most ginger ales I've tried. The 6g of fiber is a nice bonus too—it actually feels like a grown-up drink.
