The concord grape juice really comes through, and that little hint of lime keeps it from tasting too sweet. Nine grams of fiber per serving is a nice bonus I wasn't expecting to actually enjoy.

Took this to work for an afternoon snack and the concord grape flavor brought me right back to childhood—just the right amount of tartness from the lime to keep it from getting cloying. The 9 grams of fiber actually made me feel full until dinner, which never happens with other snacks.

The lime really does cut the sweetness just right—it’s tart enough to make the grape taste fresh, not syrupy. I’ve been reaching for this as my afternoon snack when I need those 9 grams of fiber without feeling like I’m eating a health product.
